I was forgetting my existence and my priority while trying to be a nice guy among people. The apology never accepted or I was sorry too many times because I was trying to make things right by not trying to hurt anybody feeling but never thought they should be sorry for making me say sorry too many times. While being depressed and having anxiety it kicks you very hard and try to squeeze your neck to say sorry for everything. Being sorry and depression are co-related with every aspect of behavior. Sometime you might not focus on things like your feeling and your daily activities that could make your life way better but just focusing on pleasing someone.

Another article I was talking about gardening could help to get way from depression yes that was one of the best options but today I am going to talk about a particular word sorry which is so powerful that we don’t even bother to stand on and comply with our life. Imagine being sorry for not doing mistakes and pleasing someone for no reason. For normal people, it could be a simple and general case but while experiencing anxiety and depression this word you could be using a lot and it will suffer you life. The reason behind being sorry and depression is so important and it triggers your self-confidence while getting out of anxiety.

” I might never say hello or give you priority depending on your mentality but if pleasing you makes me anxious and depressed then so be it “

Sometime I might drink more than I should have and may not ask you how you been but you know what I am not sorry that I did not call you or text you because I am trying to get out from my depression and anxiety. I might never say hello or give you priority depending on your mentality but if pleasing you makes me anxious and depressed then so be it I am not doing anything and I am not sorry either.

So stop pleasing people and stop saying too many sorry for everything. Its the sign of depression and anxiety. First of all, make your life better and don’t be apologetic to every move.  sorry for saying that I am sorry when I am not.
